2.3 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

User Content

3.1 Your Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or publish on Launchory ("User Content"). This includes blog posts, images, comments, and any other materials you submit to the platform.

3.2 License Grant

By posting User Content on Launchory, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

This license is solely for the purpose of operating, developing, and improving Launchory. The license ends when you delete your content or account.

3.3 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content. By posting content, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights to post the content
  • Your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
  • Your content is accurate and not misleading
  • Your content complies with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Your content does not contain malware or harmful code

3.4 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. However, we are not obligated to monitor all content and we are not responsible for User Content posted by you or other users.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Launchory for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Spam & Manipulation

Violation of these prohibited uses may result in immediate account suspension or termination, and may be reported to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

Subscriptions & Payments

5.1 Subscription Plans

Launchory offers various subscription plans with different features and limits. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase.

5.2 Billing & Renewal

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
  • Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date
  • We may change subscription prices with 30 days notice

5.3 Refunds

All fees are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in our Refund Policy. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Intellectual Property

The Launchory platform, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Launchory and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Our trademarks, logos, and service marks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any portion of our platform without explicit permission.

DMCA: If you believe that content on Launchory infringes your copyright, please contact us at support@launchory.org with a detailed description of the alleged infringement.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to Launchory immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service.

Upon termination:

  • •Any outstanding fees remain payable
  • •Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. LAUNCHORY MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL LAUNCHORY, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.
